Before placing a preorder, please note our policy:

• No refunds will be given on preorders unless we don't receive the product in time for school.
• We will gladly exchange your purchase within 5 days of delivery or "pickup ready" date.
• Shipped orders can only be exchanged (or serviced in the future) in our Brooklyn locations.
• We can't ship to LAKEWOOD or MONROE. Please shop our local stores.
