1. Regular Returns & Exchanges
Start an eligible return or exchange through our ReturnGO portal. Our return policy applies.
2. Seel Protection Claims
If you purchased eligible Seel protection with your order, process your covered return or claim directly through Seel.
When entering your order details:
- Use the email address used to place your order. Do not enter your phone number.
- Enter your order number including the # sign. For example, enter #1234, not 1234.
Then follow Seel’s instructions to complete your claim directly with them.
